WHO WE ARE
Our music sits in a unique niche between folk, pop, and rock. We feature the driving, acoustic style of artists like Johnny Cash - with a twist of classical cello. Our pop-style percussion is arranged with an orchestral feel. Our lyrics have been called "bittersweet," and our layered harmonies have been called "ghostly," which is appropriate, given that "Las Animas" is Spanish for "Spirits."
